About seven years ago I had a concept of using enemy radar to power up unmanned aerial surveillance vehicles in the battlespace. The skin of the unmanned aerial vehicle or UAV would be a radar absorbing and an energy collection device. This would charge up the batteries, and then run a propeller system for propulsion.
